User Data Deletion

Last updated: June 2026

This page explains how to delete the data SocialXylo holds about you, including any data we retrieve from social platforms you connect (such as Facebook, Instagram and Threads). You can remove your data at any time using one of the options below.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single social account

To stop tracking one connected profile and delete the access token and platform data we hold for it:

  • Sign in and go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
  • Click the disconnect (trash) icon next to the account.

We immediately revoke and delete the stored access token for that account. Its associated metrics are purged within 30 days.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account

To permanently delete your SocialXylo account and all associated data:

  • Sign in and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account.
  • Confirm with your password.

This permanently erases your account, the workspaces you own, all connected social accounts and their access tokens, generated reports, and analytics. The action is irreversible and completes within 30 days.

Option 3 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us at privacy@socialxylo.com from the address associated with your account (or the social profile you connected) and ask us to delete your data. To help us verify your request, include the email address or social account username concerned. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and login credentials.
  • Access tokens and any data retrieved from connected social platforms.
  • Workspaces you own, reports, and stored analytics.

We do not retain social platform data after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with applicable law.
