SocialXylo ("we", "us", "our") operates the SocialXylo platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.

When you connect social media accounts, we collect access tokens and the platform data you authorize us to retrieve. We do not store your social media passwords.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions; to send transactional and promotional communications; to monitor and analyze usage and trends; and to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.

We use your social media data exclusively to generate the analytics and reports you request. We do not use your data to train AI models.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Social media metrics are retained for the period covered by your plan. Upon account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days.
