Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SocialXylo platform operated by SocialXylo. These terms govern your access and use of our service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SocialXylo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of service

SocialXylo provides a social media analytics, reporting, and AI-powered insights platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@socialxylo.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service beyond normal API usage
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

5. Social media platform compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected social media data complies with each platform's Terms of Service. SocialXylo acts as a data processor and is not responsible for platform-specific policy violations.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Data ownership

You retain all ownership of your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your social media data or reports generated.

8. Intellectual property

The SocialXylo platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SocialXylo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialXylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings.

11. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
